The Cambodian University for Specialties, established in 2000 initially as the Faculty of Management and Law (FML), has developed into one of Cambodia's prominent higher education institutions, now operating across eight campuses nationwide. In addition to the central campus located in Phnom Penh, provincial campuses are situated in Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Kampot. The university is officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Under the leadership of H.E. Dr. In Viracheat since 2002, CUS has steadily progressed in its mission to fulfill its social responsibilities and contribute to national development. The institution offers a diverse range of academic programs—including Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees—across various faculties and schools, all approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.

Beyond traditional degree programs, CUS actively provides tailored training sessions, research initiatives, and consultancy services aimed at addressing regional skill gaps and industry needs. The university maintains a strong record of graduate employment, successfully integrating alumni into public sector agencies, private enterprises, and non-governmental organizations.
